Boots c/o ShopBop
In this week’s Dressing Room Dilemma xx Old Navy’s Spring Dresses 2017 I’m sharing three bright spring dresses perfect for transitioning your winter wardrobe into spring time! They are also all available in plus size below! Each dress is under $50 with most around $30 AND I’ve linked standard and plus size in all three dresses as well as my booties that have become my daily uniform! I love these side slit gray booties. They are a must have for dresses, denim and every day wear. They are on sale below and I’ve been drooling over the black and cognac/tan pairs as well. They are so comfortable and chic. I love them! Plus the heel height is perfect for every day wear including to and from work. Shop them below too!
Happy Tuesday Lovelies! We made it through the hardest day of the week so it’s smooth sailing from here, amiright? I got to a yoga class around 7 last night and the instructor had given my spot away to another student. I decided not to let that dampen my workout and hurried and found a close by studio with a class starting in 15 minutes. I drove over to the studio, which ended up being just what I needed with the calmest instructor that really pushed us through our C 1.5! Core Power is saving my life lately with the added stress of an intern and helping me to consistently work out. It’s definitely hard and cardio based but making it to my mat every day gives me the energy and balance I need to push through hard days. Plus the sunshine is back in San Diego after a long absence and me + sunshine = one happy girl.
G and I are making a huge shift in our eating habits starting with grocery shopping focused on clean eating. I started today with overnight oats full of banana, cinnamon, greek yogurt and obviously oats. I packed veggies, fruits and and egg + almonds for today’s fuel. We are starting a meal delivery service this week that delivers 3x paleo based meals so I will let you know how that goes. Last night we had asparagus, a large spinach salad and 2 oz lean steaks for dinner. Tonight is chicken, steamed spinach and roasted vegetables. It’s all in the planning I find which is hard to do for just 2 people who both work a lot but it’s totally worth it not to end up at a restaurant every night.
What ways do you find to deal with stress?
